It is still critical for you to be careful with attachments and to keep your own virus scanner active and up to date. We advise you to install and run a virus scanning solution on all your local systems to prevent viruses from infecting you.
Spam
You will only get email that you want to get, mostly. We cannot filter email so that you will get no SPAM, and still get all the mail you want to get. But we try to filter most of the SPAM, most of time.
If you can't received email you want it maybe that the sender are unfortunate sharing a machines or networks with Spammers, or it is possible that the sender is accidentally being filtered. We have made two exceptions in our filtering handle problems like this. Email abuse@gne-ws.com to allow messages identified as SPAM to reach your mailboxes.
